INTACS® Agile SPICE™

Course Duration: 2 Days

This course is developed for individuals who wish to have understanding of Agile SPICE PAM. This course includes terms and definitions for agile events, artifacts and roles, discuss contents of an agile work approach 

Learning Objectives

The goal is to understand the details of the three processes of Agile SPICE™ PAM/PRM

  • Agile Work Management (AGL.1)
  • Partner Collaboration Management (AGL.2)
  • Agile Quality Assurance (AGL.3)

How to bridge existing practices from e.g., SUP.1, MAN.3, and ACQ.4.

How to interpret supporting and engineering (System and

Software) processes from an agile point of view.

Day One

  • Motivation and Agile Basics
  • AGL.1 Agile Work Product Management
  • AGL.2 Partner Collaboration Management

Day Two

  • AGL.3 Agile Quality Assurance
  • Interpretation on Agile Engineering Processes
  • Interpretation on Agile Support Processes
  • Exam 

Who Should Attend

Those involved in the Project Management, QA activities, design & development of electrical and electronic based vehicle products, including the systems, software engineers, having basic process and software development understanding who wish to implement AGILE SPICE in their project 

Course Materials

Each participant will receive INTACS® Agile SPICE training material and certificate of participation 

Note: Omnex does not provide copies of standard(s) during training courses, but clients are encouraged to have their own copy.

Pre-Requisite

  • ASPICE PE (Process Expert) or PA (Provisional Assessor) training
  • ASPICE Basic training
  • Experience is Management and/or software / system development
  • Basic AGILE concepts understanding 

Exam

Exam (Optional)

An independent exam will be administered by the Certification Body ECQA on the last day of the course. The exam is optional but required for anyone looking to add Agile SPICE extension to their assessor credential as a process expert, provisional assessor, competent assessor or principal assessor.

  • Examination fees are separate from the training price.
  • The examination fees cover participation in one examination.
  • Online delivery is facilitated via Zoom or similar.
  • Webcam access is mandatory throughout the exam session.
  • Participants must ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
