Course Duration: 5 Days - 8 Hours/day

This five-day training course provides you to acquire the knowledge required to be an Automotive SPICE® competent assessor and guides you to pass the examination which is provided by an independent certification body (VDA-QMC). There will be numerous practical exercises and role-plays will be performed to understand the different technique to plan, conduct, report, and lead assessment. This will allow you to formally assess processes at your company and your supplier according to the ISO/IEC 330xx standard. The detailed requirement to conduct assessment with reference ISO/IEC 330xx will be taught.

Along with passing the exam, you must actively involve with training without missing any class and complete home assignment provided before training.

Learning Objectives

  • Provide fundamental understanding of the Automotive SPICE® process improvement and assessment model
  • Extend the experience gained in the training for becoming a Provisional Assessor as well as practical assessment experience
  • Train the participants to become good lead assessors including planning, execution and reporting according to Automotive SPICE®
  • Provide knowledge required to take on the tasks of a Competent Assessor for an assessment in accordance with ISO/IEC 15504 resp. ISO/IEC 330xx
  • Gain certification as an intacs®-certified Competent Assessor

Course Materials

Each participant will receive a course material designed and developed by intacs®. In addition, homework assignments will be made to present during the training. Active participation in the entire training course is the key to success.

The certificate of participant will be issued by Omnex.

The exam is conducted by VDA-QMC.

The course consists of various exercises, discussions and exchanging of experiences with all the participants, including pre-work before the start of the seminar and evening homework exercises to be completed during the training.

Note: Omnex does not provide copies of standard(s) during training courses, but clients are encouraged to have their own copy.

Pre-Requisite

Participants should have sufficient experience in System, software, project management and quality management and assessment experience.
