Course Duration: 2 Days
This two-day overview is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the importance of AUTOSAR. In AUTOSAR, open and standardized automotive software architecture that aims to facilitate the development of automotive software by providing a common platform for the management of complex electronic and electrical software systems in vehicles. Those participating in the training acquire practical knowledge of AUTOSAR methods and types.
The approaches discussed and employed in this course are consistent with the intent and method in the AUTOSAR.
1.What is AUTOSAR? And types of AUTOSAR?
Breakout Exercise 1: Create boundary diagram for Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and indicate the interfaces. Compare it with AUTOSAR
2.Introduction Layered Software Architecture
Breakout Exercise 2: Construct SPI with an example.
Breakout Exercise 3: Construct I/O hardware abstraction with an example.
Breakout Exercise 4: In AUTOSAR have Multi Cores derive with example.
3.Relation between AUTOSAR and Functional Safety
Breakout Exercise 5: Explain in Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) four possible safety mechanism faults that may cause interference between software components.
4.Content, Method and Mechanism of E2E Protection
Breakout Exercise 6: In E2E module for Adaptive
Cruise Control (ACC) there is communication
Fault when exchanging information which is
Failures considered with examples.
5.AUTOSAR with Safety Use Case Explanation
6.Summary and Conclusion of AUTOSAR
This seminar is designed for Automotive System Engineers, Software Developers, System Integration Engineers and Project Managers to understand methods, types, layers in AUTOSAR architecture and mechanism of AUTOSAR
Each participant will receive a seminar manual and a workbook including all team breakout exercises.
Note: Omnex does not provide copies of standard(s) during training courses, but clients are encouraged to have their own copy.
Participants should possess basic Embedded System knowledge.
Automotive Open System Architecture (AUTOSAR) Training Program is available in multiple locations globally, including the USA, Canada, Mexico, India, Europe, Thailand, Singapore, Middle East and China.
