ISO 22301 Security and Resilienc BCMS Requirements Training

Course Duration: 2 Days - 8 Hours/day

Business continuity planning, e. g. business continuity and resiliency planning or emergency preparedness, is the process of creating systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to a company. In addition to prevention, the goal is to enable ongoing operations before and during execution of disaster recovery. The 2020 global Covid-19 pandemic demonstrated how important this should be to all organizations.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 164 national standards bodies. It brings together experts to develop voluntary, consensus-based, market relevant internationally-accepted documents that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges. Omnex is a long-time member of ISO technical committees and have instructors who have co-authored a number of ISO or related Standards.

This 2 day remote or class room-based course covers the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 “Security and Resilience — Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) Requirements.” There is an optional third day for those interested in preparing effective BCMS documentation.
