This one-day course is designed to give the attendees a detailed understanding of the expectations required from individuals working in management and support functions of organizations responsible for the development of Functional Safety Products.
ISO 26262 lays out requirements for functional safety of electric/electronic systems that are part of production road vehicles.
Requirements start all the way from concept phase and extend to production, operation, service and decommissioning.
In this course, we explore the requirements specific to management and support functions within organizations such as program/project management, sales, legal, quality, document control, configuration managers.

People working in support and management functions within the organization : Sales, Legal, Project/Program management, Quality, Document Control and Configuration Managers
Each participant will receive a seminar manual.

Understanding the general product development milestones within embedded systems are helpful but not required.
A basic understanding of project management, quality management and system and software engineering processes are also helpful, but not required.
