Understanding ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management

Course Duration: 2 Days - 8 Hours/day

This two-day practical workshop provides an overview of the principles and guidelines for risk management as described in ISO 31000:2009.

The workshop will enable those with accountability and responsibility for risk management activities and the performance of risk management system to identify, analyze and appropriately define risks.

The intent of this workshop is to enable an organization to effectively apply risk management and to analyze and control risks in business and service processes.
