Integrated Risk Analysis and Risk Management Training Using PFMEA

Course Duration: 2 Days - 8 Hours/day

This two-day seminar teaches the use of Process Review - Process Flow, Process FMEA and Process Control Planning - to conduct integrated risk analysis and risk management to address OH&S, Environmental and Quality in realization processes.

It employs methods that enable organizations to apply common risk criteria, process analysis and process control encompassing all three types of risk and developing common process documentation to control and continually improve process risk management.
