Understanding of Risk and Risk-based Thinking | ISO Management Systems

Course Duration: 1 Day - 8 Hours/day

This one-day seminar provides an understanding of risk and risk-based thinking, in the context of ISO management systems. It addresses how to factor organizational context and associated risks at the enterprise level, as well as in management systems, products and processes.


The seminar provides an overview of the application of various tools and methodologies for identifying, analyzing and managing risk in business processes and in product realization, in projects, and in general risk mitigation (e.g., OH&S, Environment, Logistics).

  • Understand and account for the influence of organizational context in determining risk at the enterprise level, in products, processes, projects and generic operations
