Soft Skills Training : Mentoring for Leaders and Protégés at All Levels

Course Duration: 1 Day - 8 Hours/day

This one-day hands-on workshop addresses the roles of Mentors and Protégés and the Process of Mentoring. The workshop will help organizations interested in development of an effective mentoring program, young people who are looking for a mentor or experienced people who have been asked or are considering to become a mentor.

The purpose of the Soft Skills Training Series is to assist participants in developing the personal attributes necessary to effectively relate to others. This workshop is intended to help mentors and protégés to prepare and plan for a successful mentoring experience.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for managers responsible for development or management of an organization’s mentoring program, for prospective mentors interested in understanding and preparing for their role as a mentor and for prospective protégés interested in finding a mentor and in understanding their role and the mentor’s role in a successful mentoring relationship.
