Six Sigma Black Belt

Course Duration: 20 Days - 8 Hours/day

These four-week training sessions provide core training modules, practices and methodologies for Black Belt candidates. Trainees learn how key tools are utilized to form repeatable processes for solving critical problems; the learning cycle consists of four five-day training sessions over a four month period.

Candidates are usually drawn from the managerial or technical specialist level, with the expectation of being assigned responsibility to implement Six Sigma in a business unit.
